Engineered to operate in extreme temperatures as low as minus 45 degrees Celsius, the vehicle features an intelligent diesel heating system that has earned high praise from the client its liability and performance.
To address common industry challenges in ultra-low-temperature conditions —such as diesel fuel gelling and the inefficiency of traditional preheating methods—Chinalco's Guizhou Branch formed a dedicated R&D team. After sustained technical efforts, the team developed an intelligent diesel heating system that integrates three core technologies. The system not only ensures a warm and safe driving environment but also significantly extends the service life of the vehicle.
Field data shows that the anode transport vehicle achieves a 99.8 percent cold-start success rate in extreme low temperatures. Additionally, it has demonstrated 15 percent improvement in operational efficiency and a 40 percent year-on-year reduction in equipment failure rates.
