Following its delivery, the aircraft will be deployed for emergency rescue, remote medical services, and critical patient transport missions.
Designed with a maximum payload of 10 metric tons and a range of up to 3,700 kilometers, the C909 medical aircraft can also take off and land at ultra-high-altitude airports.
The cabin can be flexibly modified to meet various rescue requirements, supporting medical teams, providing healthcare in remote areas, and transporting injured or critically ill patients.
The delivery of the C909 medical aircraft offers a new option for strengthening China’s airborne medical support system and enhancing emergency response capabilities.
